Arts Development Unit
The Arts development service focuses on increasing levels and standards of arts activity within the Borough of Poole. The service aims to promote the involvement of people in creative expression through both amateur and professional opportunities, ranging from one off small projects to major investment.

Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra
The Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra has been giving concerts since its beginnings in 1893. It has grown over the last century and today it gives upwards of 130 concerts a year from its home base in Poole to Bournemouth, Portsmouth, Southampton, Weymouth, Swindon, Exeter, Bristol , Basingstoke and Winchester. The BSO also performs a series of outdoor classical spectaculars with fireworks at some of the most important stately homes in the UK including Wilton House, home of the Earl of Pembroke, and Osborne House, favourite residence of Queen Victoria. In addition to the main symphony orchestra, a wide range of ensembles perform for local communities across the region.

Dance City
Dance City is the National Dance Agency for the North East of England.

Dance Northwest is the National Dance Agency for the North West region. We work together with across a wider partnership of organisations including Swindon Dance, Dartington College of Arts and State of Emergency.
We are a National Dance Agency funded by Arts Council England South West. National Dance Agencies were created in order to act as a focus for dance development. They each provide a strong core of regional and local activity and together they form a national network for creating and promoting dance.

DanceEast
DanceEast, based in Ipswich, acts as a catalyst in providing an identifiable, creative and broad dance ecology for the East of England. Founded in 1983, the beginnings of DanceEast are rooted in pioneering community outreach and education work in Suffolk. In 1994, DanceEast gained National Dance Agency (NDA) status from Arts Council England, and today is one of England's leading dance organisations, strategically set up to support artistic practice and access to dance through a range of initiatives.
